All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours/Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to M/s. Emperor’s Paradise.
BOOKING:
On confirmation of booking, your contract is with M/s Emperor’s Paradise. A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and receive the deposit amount from your end.
PAYMENT:
For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s Emperor’s Paradise. This deposit is required to hold the booking on a confirmed basis.
BALANCE PAYMENT:
Balance payment must be made 15 days prior to the date of service commencement. For bookings made within 15 working days of the service stdate, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Note:
For special train journeys, hotel, or resort bookings during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali), full payment is required at the time of booking.
Additional advance payments may be required before the final balance payment date, depending on contractor/supplier deadlines.
MODE OF PAYMENT:
International clients can make payments using the following methods:
Online Credit Card Payment (American Express/Visa/MasterCard/Discover/Diners Club)
Online Debit Card Payment (Master/Visa/Maestro)
Offline Credit Card Payment (American Express/Visa/MasterCard/Discover/Diners Club)
Bank/Telex Transfer to our Bank Account
Note:
A 3% bank charge will apply to payments made via credit/debit card.
All payments must be free from withholding tax and deductions.
Bank charges for remittance (if any) will be borne by the payer.
SPECIAL NOTE:
Please note that employees or agents of Emperor’s Paradise will never ask for your Card Number, CVV, Net Banking login, Password, OTP, or request funds transfer to a personal account. Avoid installing third-party apps like AnyDesk or TeamViewer based on such requests. Report incidents to info@emperorsparadise.com.
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY:
If a cancellation policy is not specified on a tour’s description page, the following applies:
60 days or more before arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost
59 to 30 days before arrival: 20% of the tour/service cost
29 to 15 days before arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost
14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost
7 days or less before arrival or no show: No refund
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds for unused/canceled services will be processed as per the cancellation policy above. Refunds may take 2-4 weeks due to banking procedures. Any bank charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
MANDATORY IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS:
All guests must provide valid photo ID for booking confirmation. Requirements:
Foreign Nationals: Passport + Visa copy
Non-Resident Indians (NRIs): Passport copy
Overseas Indian clients with OCI/PIO card: Passport and OCI/PIO card copies
Domestic clients: Driving License/Voter ID/Passport copy
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE POLICY:
Check-In: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (Early check-in subject to availability)
Check-Out: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Late check-outs subject to availability and payment)
EXTRA VEHICLE USAGE:
Additional vehicle usage beyond transfers or sightseeing is not included in the service cost.
OUR LIABILITIES AND LIMITATIONS:
Price adjustments may occur due to changes in government fees, taxes, fuel costs, or supplier rates.
Emperor’s Paradise acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, and other service providers. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, or other unforeseen incidents beyond our control.
Travel insurance is not included; clients are advised to arrange their own.
Emperor’s Paradise reserves the right to amend itineraries, cancel services, or refuse bookings at its discretion.
FORCE MAJEURE:
Emperor’s Paradise is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, wars, pandemics, or government actions.
JURISDICTION CLAUSE:
All disputes arising under this agreement are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
